Den japanska nationalhjälten Keisuke Honda blev ett hett namn efter sommarens VM-slutspel i Sydafrika.

Liverpool, Arsenal och AC Milan sägs vara ute efter mittfältaren. Hans agent Kees Ploegsma menar att 24-åringen gärna skulle flytta till en storklubb.

“There is no news at the moment. At the moment it is quiet to be honest because we have not had any serious offers, but there is interest. Maybe nearer towards January we will have movement. If we don’t get any offers he will stay in Moscow”, säger Ploegsma till Sport.co.uk.

Ploegsma medger att det ska till ett erbjudande från en storklubb för att Honda ska flytta:  ”When a big club comes in he will want to leave but at the moment that has not happened. There were opportunities to move but he has not had the offer from a top club, which is what we want. A lot of managers will be watching him after he played so well at the World Cup – now they can watch him more for CSKA and hopefully they will decide to try and do something in January.”

Kommentar: Honda är en något ojämn spelare, men han vore en tillgång för i stort sett vilket lag som helst. Hans mångsidighet är en stor fördel och hans vänsterfot ett vapen på fasta situationer. Dessutom är han kreativ, spelskicklig och faktiskt även ganska stark i kroppen. Och han vore en dröm för Liverpools marknadsavdelning.
