Enligt The Mirror har Milan Jovanovic nobbat en flytt till Liverpool, eftersom han är rädd för att fastna i ett rotationssystem.

Istället förefaller Birmingham vara ett hett alternativ, då de kan erbjuda regelbunden speltid, samt är beredda att betala honom £10 miljoner utslaget på tre år – en lön som Liverpool också var villiga att matcha.

Enligt News of the World har Jovanovic nobbat Liverpool, då han är rädd för att Rafa Benitez inte längre kommer att finnas kvar i klubben när Jovanovic skulle anlända i sommar.

The Daily Star skriver samma sak som NotW och hävdar dessutom att de har kommenterar från en anonym vän till Jovanovic.

Vännen säger:  “It’s tough for Milan. He loves the idea of playing at Liverpool but he’s wary Rafa (inset) may not be the manager by the time he signs.

“Then there is the problem of Rafa’s record of buying ­players for big money and not playing them. Milan has been warned about this.”
