Hela sex reservlagsspelare kommer att finnas med i truppen under försäsongen. Det handlar om Daniel Pacheco, Mikel San Jose, Daniel Ayala, Krisztian Nemeth, Peter Gulacsi, samt Martin Kelly.

Benitez utmanar ungdomarna att visa upp sig:

”We have already had conversations with the likes of Pacheco, Ayala and San Jose and we have told them that it depends on them,” sa Benitez till Liverpool Echo.
 
”They are now training with the first team squad and this is their chance to show what they can do ahead of the new season.”

Återstår att se vart detta slutar, personligen fattar jag inte varför t.ex Ayala är aktuell överhuvudtaget.
